John Schweich is a member of the C-RS Board and former president of the C-RS DC Chapter. He has made presentations to the DC, Eastern PA, and Youngstown chapters. He has also authored the following articles which appear in the genealogical journal Naše Rodina: "Brookside AL: An Early and Improbable Slavic Outpost in the Deep South" (December 2014) and "Carpatho-Rusyn Fraternals: Their Origins, History and Present State" (March 2016).
