Christmas and Easter are the culinary jewels of our heritage.  If you ask anyone what they remember most about their heritage, it will probably be focused on the special foods enjoyed for holidays with family and friends.  Easter is proof positive of this theory.  We are looking to have foods, Typically found in the basket to be blessed, BROUGHT BY ATTENDEES to help everyone learn about these delights. Pascha/Paska - Easter bread, Hrudka - Easter cheese, Sunka - Ham, Kolbasi - sausage, Maslo - butter, Slanina - bacon, Sol - salt,  Chrin - Horseradish, Pysanky - decorated eggs - hard boiled eggs.

If you can bring food to share, please call Marcia at 440-331-3856 to coordinate foods and quantities.   Will help us know quantities we will need.  We are also looking for stories/memories and recipes of Easters past.
