If you’re having difficulty logging into the newly re-designed C-RS.org, registering as a new member, or signing up for an event, here are some tips:
Try a Different Browser
Members using the Safari browser (commonly installed on Apple devices) may have difficulty logging in. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome instead. Both browsers are free and safe.
Modify Your Security Settings
If you must use Safari, modifying your security settings will make it easier to log in.
On a desktop or laptop:
1) Open Safari.
2) Open the main Safari menu in the top left of the screen, then click Preferences.
3) Click on the Privacy tab in the Preferences window.
4) Uncheck the “Prevent cross-site tracking” checkbox.
5) Exit the Preferences window. Refresh your browser and try again.
On an iPad or iPhone:
1) Open the Settings app.
2) Scroll down to Safari.
3) In the Safari section, find the Privacy & Security subsection.
4) Switch off “Prevent Cross-Site tracking.”
5) Try logging in again.
Clear Your Cache
If you are using a Windows-based PC, clearing your browser cache should eliminate many login issues.
Indiana University has helpful instructions clearing the cache of most major web browsers.
