I want to send a Christmas card with a message to an elderly Rusyn lady in Eastern Slovakia but am having a hard time figuring out how to translate the following:

Dear Helena, I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year 2023.

Does anyone know how to translate this to Rusyn?

She uses the Latin alphabet when she writes but I don't know if it is a Saros dialect or transliterated Rusyn.

(Also is it customary or a choice to write a message in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet)?
